These Terms & Conditions govern your use of BlankExpress.ca and any purchases made through the site. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. Accounts & Registration

You can browse and order without an account, but creating an account makes re-ordering faster. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at info@blankexpress.ca if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • Applicable GST / HST / PST is added at checkout based on your shipping province.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
  • An order is confirmed only after payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain pricing errors.

4. Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, colors, and prices. However, we do not guarantee that the information on the site is error-free, complete, or current. Product availability is subject to change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll notify you and offer a refund or substitution.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy. We ship Canada-wide via UPS and Purolator. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Intellectual Property

The BlankExpress name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of BlankExpress. Brand names, trademarks, and product images for third-party brands (Gildan, Bella + Canvas, Champion, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used here for product identification only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlankExpress is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the products you purchase. Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
