Shipping Policy
BlankExpress ships wholesale blank apparel across Canada from our warehouse in Calgary, Alberta. This policy explains our processing times, carriers, rates, and what to expect from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door.
Processing Time
99% of orders placed before our daily cut-off ship the same business day. Orders placed after cut-off, on weekends, or on statutory holidays ship the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional business day.
Carriers
We ship with UPS and Purolator. The carrier is selected automatically based on destination, weight, and service level at checkout.
Free Shipping Threshold
Orders totalling $499 CAD or more (before tax) qualify for free standard ground shipping anywhere in Canada. Orders below the threshold are billed at standard carrier rates shown at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to oversized, heavy, or remote-area shipments which may require a surcharge.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Alberta: 1–2 business days
- British Columbia / Saskatchewan: 2–3 business days
- Ontario / Manitoba: 3–5 business days
- Quebec / Atlantic provinces: 4–6 business days
- Northern Canada and remote postal codes: up to 10 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse you'll receive an email with the tracking number. You can also track any order at our Track Order page using your order number and email address.
Pickup / Will-Call
We do not offer pickup at our Calgary showroom. All orders are shipped via carrier only. Please plan your delivery timelines accordingly.
International Shipping
At this time, BlankExpress ships within Canada only. We do not currently accept orders for delivery to the United States or international destinations.
