Return & Refund Policy
BlankExpress wants you to be fully satisfied with every order. If a product doesn't work out, you can return it under the terms below.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund, returned items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in brand-new condition
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, or pet hair
- Not printed, embroidered, dyed, or otherwise decorated
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are wholesale blanks intended for decoration, the following cannot be returned:
- Items that have been printed, pressed, embroidered, or altered
- Items that have been washed or worn
- Custom or special-order items
- Final sale and clearance items
How to Request a Return
- Email info@blankexpress.ca with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We'll reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the ship-back address in Calgary, Alberta.
- Pack the items securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the return at your own cost via a trackable carrier.
- Once we receive and inspect the items, we'll process your refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to large returns, returns outside of their original packaging, or returns missing tags. You'll be notified of any restocking fee before the return is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@blankexpress.ca with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, defective product). In those cases we'll cover return shipping.
