How do I place an order?

Browse our catalog, pick your styles, colors, and sizes, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, head to checkout. You can order as a guest or create an account for faster re-ordering.

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity. You can order a single piece or a full case — your call.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Our pricing is already wholesale. Larger quantities may qualify for additional case pricing which is shown in the product detail table. For very large orders or quote requests, email info@blankexpress.ca.

When will my order ship?

99% of orders placed before our daily cut-off ship the same business day. Orders placed after cut-off or on weekends ship the next business day.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders $499+ CAD before tax, anywhere in Canada. Orders below the threshold are billed at standard carrier rates shown at checkout. See the full Shipping Policy for details.

Which carriers do you ship with?

We ship with UPS and Purolator across Canada.

Do you ship to the United States?

At this time BlankExpress ships within Canada only. We do not currently accept orders for the United States or international destinations.

Can I pick up my order at your Calgary location?

No — our Calgary location is a warehouse and showroom only. All orders ship via carrier, no exceptions.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you'll get a tracking email. You can also check any order on our Track Order page using your order number and email.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. Decorated, washed, or altered items cannot be returned. Full details on our Return / Refund Policy page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All prices and payments are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Do I need an account to order?

No — guest checkout is available. Creating an account is optional and makes re-ordering and tracking easier.
